Look at the Data is a data and applied AI consultancy based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
If anything here is unclear, email us at info@thedata.ai and we will explain it in plain language.
When you submit our contact form or request a free consultation, we collect the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), area of interest, and message you enter. We use this only to respond to your request and to follow up about the work you asked about.
If you create an account for the Client Exchange Portal, we collect the email address, Google account, or phone number you sign in with, so we can verify who you are and give you access to the right materials.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used - which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and which links and forms get used. This is done with cookies and similar technologies set by Google.
We record which service someone was interested in when they submit a form, but we never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or message content to Google Analytics.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. The site works normally either way.
Form submissions and portal accounts are stored using Google Firebase services (Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Access is restricted to the administrators of this site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our business relationship. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured on the property.
You can ask us to delete your inquiry or portal account at any time by emailing info@thedata.ai.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@thedata.ai and we will respond within a reasonable period.
You can also decline cookies through your browser settings, and you can choose not to submit a form - our email address is published on the contact page for that reason.
This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date shown above. Material changes will be described here rather than applied quietly.
Questions about this policy or about information we hold? Email info@thedata.ai.
